Brad Jones is Senior Vice President/Managing Director of the Correspondent Division of CenterState Bank. Additionally, Brad assists community banks in developing and implementing investment, funding and other balance sheet strategies. Prior to joining CenterState, Brad was a Senior Vice President at Silverton Bank and manager of its Capital Markets Division. In addition to capital markets, his responsibilities included oversight of the Bank’s Asset/Liability and Treasury functions, including management of the investment portfolio.


Brad graduated from the University of Georgia in 1986 with a B.B.A. in Accounting. He spent five years in public accounting where he specialized in bank taxation. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and holds various securities licenses.



Erik Bagwell is a Senior Vice President of CenterState Bank Correspondent Division with responsibility for all Sales and Marketing.  He joined CenterState in 2009 and served as an FVP and Business Development Officer until late 2017.  Before joining the Bank, Erik was the Georgia Regional Market Executive for Silverton Bank.  He has seventeen years of experience in selling correspondent products to community banks around the country.  Erik has served on the Executive Committee of The Georgia Bankers Association and is a graduate of the Georgia School of Banking sponsored by the GBA.  Erik also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia in 1992.



Bruce Davidson is First Vice President - Manager of Prepaid Cards Division. Within the Prepaid Cards Division he is responsible for oversight of Operations, Business Development, and Risk Management. Bruce has been in the banking industry for 19 years, with broad experience in all aspects of Payments as they relate to bank operations. Prior to joining CenterState Bank, he held the position of Executive Vice President with Atlanta Business Bank responsible for bank operations. His previous experience includes Silverton Bank, managing the Payment Solutions Division, as well as management experience in a variety of roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. 


Bruce earned an A.B. in Economics from the University of Georgia. Bruce is a Certified Treasury Professional as well as a graduate of Georgia Banking School– University of Georgia. 



Stuart Hodges is First Vice President – Capital Market Operations Manager for the Correspondent Division of CenterState Bank.  He is responsible for Bond Accounting, Safekeeping, Fed Funds, and Asset/Liability for community bankers while also managing the Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the Correspondent Division.  Prior to joining the Bank in 2009, Stuart worked at Silverton Bank as the Treasury Manager where his responsibilities included oversight of Fed Funds and Repo as well as other balance sheet funding for the Bank.  Stuart graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998 with a B.B.A in Finance.



Duffy Reese is First Vice President – Solutions Development Manager for the Correspondent Division of CenterState Bank. Within the Division, she manages all aspects of software development projects, and serves as Chairperson on the Project Planning Committee. Within the Bank, she serves on the Business Continuity Planning Steering Committee and the Information Security Steering Committee. She has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily focused on Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement.


Duffy earned a B.A. in English from Clemson University in 1992, and holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. She is also a graduate of the Pathbuilders Achieva® program, and serves as a mentor in the Pathbuilders Percepta® program. 



Janet Reynolds is a First Vice President, International Services Manager of CenterState Bank, Correspondent Division.  She has been in the banking industry for over 20 years, primarily focused on developing international and foreign exchange solutions for community bankers.  She earned her B.S. degree in Business from Gardner Webb University.  Prior to joining CenterState Bank, Janet held the position of Capital Markets Operations Manager with Silverton Bank, responsible for Bond Accounting, Safekeeping and International Operations.  Her previous experience includes Wachovia Bank, managing International Payments and Investigations as well as 13 years of management experience with Douglas Battery Manufacturing Company.  Janet is a graduate of the Pathbuilders Achieva program.



Lisa Samani is First Vice President – Payment Solutions Manager for the Correspondent Division of CenterState Bank.  She is responsible for ACH, Domestic Wire Transfer, Account Services and all aspects of the Division’s Clearing/Cash Management Program.  Lisa is also the Product Manager for Converge, an online banking product serving financial institutions throughout the Southeast.  Prior to joining the Bank in 2009, Lisa worked at Silverton Bank as Payment Solutions Manager and has over 23 years of experience in Correspondent Banking.  Lisa graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1990 with a B.B.A. in Management.
